Terms of service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Operator and definitions
The site is run by GoatSystem IT, tax ID 6762569813 (the Operator). Contact: kontakt@goatsystemit.pl.
The Site is a website with an archive of vehicles sold at public auctions. A User is anyone using the Site. A Customer is a User who orders the paid listing removal service.
A Listing is a vehicle page at /vin/ followed by the VIN, with its auction data and photos.
2. Services
Browsing the Site is free and needs no account.
The Operator provides a paid listing removal service: removing the vehicle page, its photos and auction data from the Site, and blocking the VIN from being added again.
Separately from the paid service, a person whose data a listing contains can request removal free of charge under the GDPR (section 7).
3. Technical requirements
Using the Site requires an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and, to place an order, an e-mail address.
Submitting unlawful content and automated downloading of data in a way that burdens the Site are prohibited.
4. Paid listing removal
Orders are placed on the listing removal page by entering an e-mail address and accepting these Terms. The gross price is shown on the payment button before payment starts.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Operator neither receives nor stores card details. Stripe sends a payment confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. The Operator performs the service automatically, usually within seconds: the listing is no longer available on the Site (the address returns status 410), the photos are deleted and the VIN is added to the block list.
The Operator has no control over search engines. It notifies them of the removal (status 410, sitemap, IndexNow), but when a search result disappears depends on the search engine and usually takes from a few days to a few weeks. Copies of the listing on other websites are not covered.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The service is fully performed right after payment. By ordering it, a Customer who is a consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. The same applies to sole traders with consumer rights.
6. Complaints
Complaints about the Site or the service can be sent to kontakt@goatsystemit.pl, stating the VIN and describing the problem.
The Operator replies within 14 days. If the service was not performed (the listing is still available on the Site), the Operator performs it without delay or refunds the payment.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including consumer ombudsmen.
7. Free request under the GDPR
If a listing contains personal data, the person concerned can request its removal free of charge through the form at /data-request or by writing to kontakt@goatsystemit.pl.
The Operator handles the request within one month (Article 12(3) GDPR) and may ask for information confirming that the listing concerns the requester. Details are in the Privacy policy.
8. Data on the Site
Vehicle data comes from publicly available auction listings and a VIN decoder. The Operator works to keep it current but does not guarantee it is complete or correct. The Site is not affiliated with any auction house.
Information on the Site, including the import cost calculator, is indicative and is not an offer or advice.
9. Final provisions
The Operator may change these Terms for important reasons (changes in law or in the scope of services). Changes do not affect services already paid for.
Polish law applies to matters not covered here. Consumers keep the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
