Free data removal request
If a vehicle listing contains information that identifies you, you can request its removal free of charge (Article 17 GDPR). We handle requests within one month.
How we handle requests
We check whether the listing contains data that may identify you and whether the request comes from the person concerned. If in doubt, we will ask for confirmation, e.g. part of the registration document with unnecessary data covered.
If approved, the listing disappears from the site just as with paid removal: the page returns status 410, the photos are deleted and the VIN is added to the block list.
The listing stays visible until a decision is made. We reply within one month of receiving the request at the latest.
